Express Registration

Fill out the form below to get a limited use library card and access our online resources. This card is good for 30 days before it expires, then you will need to visit the library to complete the registration and receive a physical library card.

Please note when you visit the library to complete your registration you will need to pay for the membership and bring a valid piece of ID to verify your address.

The fees for a library card are as follows:

$20 - Family (each individual in the household can get a library card)
$15 - Single Adult (18+)
$5 - Single Youth (0-17)
$0 - Institutional or Gift Certificate

Once the form is submitted, please allow for up to 3 business days for staff to process the membership and email you regarding payment.

Terms

By submitting the form you are agreeing to the following terms:

Loss of card or change of address must be reported to library staff
Privileges extended with this card may be revoked for cause
This card is not transferable
The cardholder is responsible for all materials borrowed with the card and will abide by the rules and regulations of the library at which this card is used
Parents or guardians are responsible for children under 18 years of age
